These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Povlove AI ("Povlove AI", "we", "us", or "our"), available at https://povlove.space and related services.
Povlove AI provides AI voice enhancement, voice cloning, and text-to-speech tools. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and use the service in compliance with applicable laws. If you use Povlove AI on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
You may need an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant Povlove AI a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and display User Content only as needed to provide, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights, permissions, and consent to upload audio, clone a voice, generate speech, or process any voice or likeness.
You must not use Povlove AI to impersonate a person without permission, mislead others, commit fraud, violate privacy rights, or create deceptive, harmful, or unlawful content.

AI-generated or AI-enhanced outputs may contain errors, artifacts, or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Povlove AI and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
You may stop using Povlove AI at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, cause legal exposure, fail to pay required fees, or use the service abusively.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the date above and post the revised Terms on this page. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
